Apple will launch its upcoming iPhones- including a rumored 10 anniversary model-and new Apple Watch models at a industry briefing on september 12, according to news reports based on information from people with knowledge of the company's plans.

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Apple has indeed scheduled an event on September 12.

Three new iPhones are expected to be unveiled at the event, including a new iPhone 8 to mark the 10th anniversary of the iconic smartphone and updates to the iPhone 7 versions of the device.

Now, as per as our leaked reports, we believe that iPhone 8 would come with bezel-less or nearly-bezel-less OLED display with wireless charging and face recognition technology.

If not new iPhone models, Apple may launch a smartwatch with an LTE cellular chip that allows it to directly make calls. The company also hasn't said anything about those specific releases, but some reports are indicating towards this scenario. Plus there is going to be wireless charging - another first on an iPhone - along with other goodies such as dual rear cam and a glass back.

Apple To Launch iPhone 8 On Sep 12?:- As per media reports, Apple is expected to launch its next flagship device, iPhone 8. The upcoming September 12 product event of Apple could very well be its most important over the past several years.

The iPhone 8 is speculated to pack a 3,000 mAh battery which means that using 7.5 W wireless charger may not power the phone quickly. Right now, we are calling it " iPhone 8", but many different names are being thrown around - iPhone X, iPhone Edition, iPhone Pro, and so on.

Apple didn't immediately respond to a request for comment. Should new iPhones appear then, we can expect them to open for pre-orders on 15 September, then go on sale a week later.

Currently, it is not clear how big will be the screen size of the iPhone 8. The device will purportedly incorporate a revolutionary 3D sensor that is years ahead of the competition to enable facial recognition and augmented reality features.
