KXIP vs KKR Live Score

New York Yankees rookie slugging outfielder Aaron Judge's victory in Monday night's Home Run Derby proved to be a victor in the Nielsen Ratings court for ESPN. "Everything about today was fantastic".

In the final, the giant 6 ' 7 " and 282 lbs has slammed 11 homers, compared to 10 for Sano.

Then Judge edged Los Angeles Dodgers rookie phenom Cody Bellinger 13-12, which his homer that soared the length of almost two football fields.

Despite all the trite judicial puns, Judge has put together an MVP-level first half for the contending Yankees in the Junior Circuit. He hit his 11th and Derby-winning homer at 2:02. Stanton was eliminated in the opening round, 17-16, by Yankees catcher Gary Sanchez, quashing any chance of a marquee matchup with Judge.

Bellinger over Blackmon: Cody Bellinger's 25 home runs are not the only reason he should roll through the first round. Judge responded by smashing 23, and he set the tone for the rest of the night.

In the finals Aaron Judge had to take on Minnesota Twins third baseman Miguel Sano who was also hitting bombs on the other side of the bracket. It will be interesting to see how Bour reacts to the home crowd being behind him.

Hitters had to mash as many home runs as they could in four minutes. The L.A. rookie hit his second 440-foot homer with 5 seconds left to earn 30 seconds of bonus time, and then blasted the two homers he needed to oust Blackmon, 15-14.

His 47 homers were the second-most all-time to Giancarlo Stanton's 61 last season. Judge has created an incredible buzz around the majors and that should continue in his initial MLB Home Run Derby appearance.

The most anticipated Home Run Derby in recent memory did not disappoint, even though the expected champion came out on top.

Sano might not be the fan favorite to win the MLB Home Run Derby but he could be a decent dark horse pick.

"I had no pressure going into it", he said. "I was on the sidelines (and) just watching him kind of (hit) one after another after another.it was impressive". One time out is allotted to a player in each of the first two rounds, and players get two timeouts each in the finals. For me, I've got no expectations.

The starting pitchers will be announced for Tuesday night's All-Star Game: Chris Sale and Max Scherzer are the likely choices.
