Washington Wizards guard John Wall (2) reacts after a play against the Boston Celtics during the second half in game five of the second round of the 2017 NBA Playoffs at TD Garden.

In a total team effort, four out of the five Celtics starters scored in double digits while two-guard Avery Bradley finished with a game-high 29 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists while making 12/19 field goals.

That is the case once again, as the National Basketball Association issued a $25,000 fine against Boston Celtics point guard Isaiah Thomas.

Up 3-2 in the best-of-seven series, top-seeded Boston can advance to meet the defending champion Cleveland Cavaliers with a win tonight in Washington (tomorrow morning, Singapore time) or on Monday at home.

Well, some Wizards did think Celtics fans might employ that vivid vocabulary. We know it's going to be a hostile environment.

The Celtics had their best offensive game of the season because absolutely nothing was forced. There was a positive ending for the Wizards in the third game of the series.

"We've done a pretty good job on their best player, but not (a) good enough job on the other guys". Opponents fear Thomas's balls-out finishing ability to the point that it's not even a secret weapon anymore, yet he uses the same principles to make incisive passes from unorthodox angles at unexpected time to catch opponents off rhythm and find his guys.

LINE HISTORY: The Wizards opened as 4.5-point home favorites with their backs against the wall in Game 6, and by Thursday evening that spread was bumped up to -5.

Wizards coach Scott Brooks said he warned Kelly Oubre to wear earplugs for Game 5 after he served a one-game suspension for charging over Boston's Kelly Olynyk. "I think that's key", said Thomas.

Brown was the first substitution for the Celtics, replacing Amir Johnson - a departure from the team's usual rotation in which Smart comes off the bench to help anchor the transition to the bench.

"I didn't say I was disappointed with their competition", Green said.

The social media person is likely getting some pats on the back today for this troll job but Crowder basically handed them this material. In the beginning of the series, Washington lost their grip as Boston handed them a loss in the first two games. "We know what is at stake". Heading into Game 5, which took place yesterday, the Wizards were in a solid position. Celtics made a history as they became the sixth team in National Basketball Association who scored 10 three pointers in six straight playoffs.

Said team-mate Markieff Morris: "It's Boston, man".
